Exhaust manifold gasket, bolts/studs suggestions...

Hi guys I need to change the manifold gasket on my 2004 4.0 V8 discovery. Wondering what the best type of gasket (multilayer steel or the compressed material type) would be?

Also I'd like to replace all the bolts with upgraded studs/nuts or bolts. Any reccomendations please?
