You gotta love these LRs. I had the typical exhaust squeal problem on my TD5 so last night decided to sort it, first job open bonnet simple enough? no the buggar falls off LOL I knew the left hand hinge mount on the bulkhead was getting abit crispy but didnt think it was to the point the hinge would detach itself from the car. anyways not to bad to repair with the bonnet of and the lower windscreen trim of the access is really good so now there is some nice new metal welded in.

The exhaust only had 4 snapped bolts and 1 stripped thread in the head exhaust is all done and apart from the lack of squeals and I was really suprised in the increase in the power the turbo spools up quicker and lot harder, the TD5 didnt go to bad before now it feels quick compared to before,
Just need to finish painting the chassis (started last weekend cleaning and painting to protect it). and need to sort the gearchange bais plate,
