Pussy in the back of a Range Rover..no way...if you can afford to run a Rangie, you can afford a good hotel room

Today, I replaced the plugs and air filter, although the old air filter looked clean and was changed last July. Have only done around 1500 miles since then, also fitted a new water temp. ecu sensor for good measure
Plugged the Faultmate in and EAS was showing "Front height sensor out of range", cleared fault and EAS is working fine again. Read all the Gems settings and all were within range, MAF sensor was showing a stored "Voltage high" fault which I cleared and the fault did not reoccur. All other redings relating to the oxygen sensors, fuelling etc were as expected and wthin tolerance. Idle speed was 690-710 RPM and fuelling data within limits. Anyway, I reset the adaptive values to newborn mode for good measure. When the engine started from cold, it was a pain to fire up but once it was running, the idle speed was where it has always been and the engine runs & picks up smoothly, it is firing on all 8 pots. Starting when warm is fine.
I am however going to replace the exhaust, which isn't going to do any harm, due to the time it's been on.

QUESTION for anyone breaking a V8 engine or anyone with Microcat...I am looking for the part number of the single plastic clip which holds either number 1 or 2 plug lead to the rocker cover, there is one at the front of each rocker cover, secured by a self tapping screw. If anyone has one available, let me know otherwise if anyone has the part no. please advise as my EPC has gone tits up on my old laptop and I can't find it on the web.

Here you go Irish - parts diagram for a Classic EFI.

Hope this helps.
