I am loving this. Brings some nice competition to the market

6 pot calipers for Defenders with 18s.

Apparent and hopefully working on uprated calipers for 16s as well.

Will be interesting to see how this develops,
Luke has done some nice stuff with the clutches.

Cheers

Not a lover of 6 pots on my bike, I prefer 4 pots.
The 6's do have smaller lead pistons that contact first but this makes the lever long and less firm.
What's the benefit for cars?

Don’t forget larger disk are required for 6 pot calipers hence larger wheels, bearing that in mind this upgrade is available for a lot of vehicles, modern and not so modern.
Why would any disco require them?

Hiya

on the D3 many upgrade the brakes from the V8 , but indeed need a min of an 18 inch wheel

Would have thought they would be one piece billet items and not bolt through just for strength??? All depends on the cost of them I suppose

Once the new year panic is over and the dust is settled I am going to order a bunch of clutch bits from them, I don’t need the brakes tbh but they do look tasty

No standard or even mildly modded Landy needs these imo.

Same with the clutches really, standard clutches are fine with quite a bit more torque going through them.. its mainly how the vehicle is driven in my opinion... same as any vehicle!

When you think you can put a prepped 3.5 in a series and just upgrade the shoes and drums to 109 items rather than discs, and they perform more than adequately, I'd say these are overkill for people with money to burn! :D

Tbf those calipers and discs have gone on a 5L Mustang V8 110 so they are needed :p

My standard clutch which was in good nick was starting to slip after a few months with the turbo added!

I wonder how many people out there are running 5l mustang v8's though... :)

More than youd think. 4x4 fab, DT engine, tweaked automotive turn out around 10 - 15 a year. Wildcat do less but much more spendy.

Ive seen quite a few smaller workshops building a few as well, not to mention the home brew versions (4 builds on Def2 and 3 on here)

So fair few!

Then theres all the race trucks on top that want mega stopping power and people that like shiny bits :D:p
