Depends. Wipac quadoptic, with H4 bulbs but you'll need to fit relays if you want to get the full benefit, and avoid switch burn out, that is, if you've 12 volts. Reason being the wire and switch isn't quite up to the extra current.

Or LEDs? Dunno much about them.

Thanks for this. Definitely NOT going the LED route...hate them with a passion!
Happy with relays as uprating the wiring anyway.

Or any of the kits on eBay, though watch out for the kits by Britpart, the branding on the glass is hideous.
 
I used wipac crystals on my 109 about 15 years ago, and they are great. No issues at night.

They are plastic, polycarbonate, though, so are starting to go cloudy now.
 
So the Wipac Quadoptics have arrived, with bulbs and plug etc. Happy days.
But......

Anyone know if these are still available? and/or what the part no might be? or suitable replacements?

As you can just about see, I had to grind one off...and one was already missing. I would rather not have to change the headlight surrounds if possible.
