Ok, ive come across this before when someone has fitted incorrect bulb or correct bulb incorrectly in stop/tail light, it back feeds through side light curcuit. Not recently. I will check if the side lights come on.
bad earth or short by sounds of it
I could explain but would take to long, take both your brake light bulbs out and see if it still does it, and check that it has the correct bulbs in both sides.Best way to determine if it is bad earth or short? Sorry don't know much about electrics.
i put the wrong bulb in when the brake light blew, and the front side light came on quickly changed no probs after.Ok, ive come across this before when someone has fitted incorrect bulb or correct bulb incorrectly in stop/tail light, it back feeds through side light curcuit.
