Does anyone know how to access engine tune/map data? Seems like it should be possible
It won't be - SDD is 'diagnostics' not reverse engineering, it's written for dealer tech's to use - anything else is done by JLR or Bosch. You can probably get hold of the software the remappers use which will expose the data you're after, I don't know what it'd cost though.

It turns out that my mongoose clone would not pick up other bus lanes and likely throwing errors back to SDD. I bought a VCX nano and all bus are scannable. I have not done any reprogramming thus far. I plan do do this very soon to confirm

My mongoose clone on aliexpress was a failure point

For you and anyone having issues with turning ms can off vandalise/remove pin 13 :)

After several hours (days) of searching, I have found a general reference for a proper Windows 7 32-bit laptop through Dell:

Laptops with Intel Skylake 6th-generation processors were the very last of Windows 7 support and they are few and far in between in terms of approved drivers. Broadwell 5th-generation processors were still fully supported during that time. That being said, I have found the Dell XPS 13 9343 model is the best. There other comparable brands/models. However, I recall the XPS laptop being one of the best laptops that existed for Windows 7.

I managed to find a working one on ebay for a mere $119USD spec'd at i3-5010U 2.10GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB M.2 SDD. Since Windows 7 32-bit only uses a maximum of 4GB, this fits the bill.

The reason why I purchased a Windows 7 32-bit compatible laptop is simply because newer ones are much more expensive, requires the use of a virtual operating system and I could not run many routines in a virtual machine as it would error. Also, the end cost is substantially lower than a GAP IID Tool. Although IID Tool is very convenient, having more than one JLR vehicle to run diagnostics with is very costly.
the I have the vga drivers for gen6-gen8 which are 520 and after that 620 :) can get win7 working.
I am not working on getting sdd to work PROPERLY on windows 10 will need a week for testing.

Is anyone else having issues downloading As-built files? either online or offline? I've tried four VIN's for different models and they just fail....

I'm having problems with ccf, when i try to read it, says all sources invalid, when i try to upload one to the car or says the ccf is corrupt.. could it be a bad mongoose cake or something else?
I can read/clear codes ok and read live data

Looking for help trying to track down issue on our LR Discovery 4. Some of the rear parking sensors went bad. When I try to use SDD and I try to access the relevant module for DTCs I only see orange ? with message module may not fitted. Its shown with every optional module. What should I do to get access to these modules?

Sounds like you have a bad cable or the drivers are not correctly loaded. - you did have the ignition on or engine running, didn't you?

This is what I could see (ignition was on):

Hi, I’m struggling to work out how to use SDD to Clear All DTCs. I think I managed it about a year ago when I first got my kit but can’t work it out now.
I’ve found some guidance at http://blog.obdii365.com/2015/09/10...-jaguar-landrover-with-sdd-running-at-vxdiag/.
It’s all ok up to step 5, as far as I can tell as the pictures do not show for me. But the in step 6 I just can’t work out what to click on. Everything I’ve tried just end up back at the same starting point. I never get to see the “Complete Vehicle – Clear all stored diagnostic trouble codes.”

Can someone post pictures/mention how their JLR looks like when connected to Discovery 3/4? So I know that I should not expect more from cracked version. Or can you access these modules?
remove pin 13 from the mongoose, I see no medium can module connected, 99% that is your issue.
