Evening have a few questions regarding my D2

If I do the sequence via the door lock will it turn the alarm and immobiliser off permanent or will I have to do it everytime I go to get in?

I take it you're asking about the EKA sequence.
You won't need to use it again until after you lock the vehicle. Lock it and you'll have to use the EKA again to open it.
One advantage of using the EKA is that once you have disarmed the alarm and opened the vehicle, a diagnostics code reader will be able to access the various ECUs so that codes can be read, reset and changes made.
While the vehicle is immobilised, a code reader cannot access any ECU, as a security function.

If the passive immobiliser is not disabled and usually it is enabled as factory setting you'll have to use the EKA to remobilise the engine even if you didnt lock the vehicle cos it immobilises 5 minutes after the ignition was off
