Its kind of a joint venture us getting into this, in the past ive been more into my Japanese cars for all out power, but i fancy a change of scene hence its disco time

Hi guys!

Do you organise many group days out together or do you all tend to go at it alone?

No, we all hate each other! especially the Yella Fella, he scares newbies off so don't listen to him

Doesn't seem to be much group organised activity in terms of going off-road / greenlaning, and I don't think huge numbers of 4x4's trampling across the country is a good idea at the moment given the anti movement. Best thing to do is probably find your local Pay n Play site and go down a few weekends and meet local peeps.

BTW, 3-door Disco - excellent choice at the moment for and off-road play thing - cheap as chips, loads of aftermarket bits available and as capable as a Defender off-road - but with a bit more comfort! If I had the money I'd be tempted myself, but the P38 seems to go pretty much anywhere I want to put it, although I have to admit to being a bit worried at times about denting her too badly.

I'm no nancy boy! I bought her to do what she was designed to do - and I have done! OK, maybe I do go to the supermarket in it! but I drive up big hills in it too and bollocks to meetings - I've given up with that crap, that's why I work for myself now!

Anything i should be worried about on this car?

Just look out for the bobble hat brigade jumping in front of you and shouting at you for polluting the planet. I usually find that if you run them over it shuts them up pretty good.
