i was reading with interest a post called miles per gallon
and someone claimed they got this

"45 MPG from our D-4D 03 RAV 4. That's just 'normal' driving.
With some effort it'll do better than 50MPG"

it seems to me that landys are the worlds best cars :)eek: unbiased view)
however mpg is killing us??

would it be possible to swap the engine out and put it into a landy
or would this be an impossible transplant???

eh??? toyota rav4 is a 1.6 i thought they were a 2.0
the size of em
there cant be much difference size wise between a disco and rav4 ??

i should i have gone to specsavers lol

rav 4 is made out of recycled bean cans and plastic - it weight little more than a ton. power / torque curve would be totally inapproprite for a real 4x4
