Engine rattle around 1250rpm?

As titled really, getting a rattle at around 1250rpm which is more sound that feel. Happens while in and out of gear, moving and stationary. Is this a common problem? Or has anyone had this before an can point me in the right direction?

Wouldnt have thought that would cause a rattle. As far as I know, if an engine mount wears out it will allow excess play creating a knock/thud? Or am I completely wrong?

Fan cowling has been known to rattle, specially if the clips are no good.

Also check the idler on the belt run.

i had this on my defender found it to be the bonnet strut

Checked the fan cowling, all tight an clips intact
Idler seems fine, runs ok, next to no play in bearings an belt stays in contact through rev range
Bonnet strut is in its clip which appears tight? Could it still be this?
