the timing belt went on my 200 2.5tdi disco and done all the new work valves belts etc and it still wont start theres diesel getting through and everything electrics been tested , even used easy start but nothing no misfire no nothing not even made the effort to start, changed heater plugs injectors the lot and not a thing what the hell is going on what iam i missing

Sounds like the timing is still out... have you turned the engine over by hand?
are there any sticky spots suggesting a valve hitting a piston and being out of time?
if the timing is out, no compression and no firing...
double check your timing marks...

your timing belt snapped... you replaced it... an now it wont fire...
recheck your timing marks, and your tappet clearence, if the timing WAS out, you may have bent a push rod or two when you tried to start it. you may have to do it all again with new rods...
Please tell me you didnt just slap a new belt in without pining/locking the engine at it's correct timing marks??
if any of the valves are not fully shut at the time of full compression, then you wont get any ignition of the fuel and the engine will NOT fire... this is set by both correct timing and the corrrect tappet adjustment...
