Engine/ not starting smoke

Hi appraciate any help, i changed the cambelt on my diseal 1.9 di, also changed fuel filter, oil filter and all glow plug when taking one of them out it snapped in the head so only replaced 3 the other cant get i was told this was fine and wouldnt affect performance however was told to remove diseal pump to see if could get out!

Cut a long story short i couldnt get the snapped glow plug out so ive put timing belt bk on diesel pump on, new glow plug and came to start it was turning over but wouldnt start n battery went flat so went n bought new battery n put it on, started after turning over a few time however was smoking loads but clear white smoke drove it 2 miles drove fine got to fuel station turned off put fuel in came start wouldnt start after few try it started but was splutèring then cut out, when tried again just kept starting and reving high then cutting out

It defo sounds like timing to me and to be fair when ever I do a service I start the engine after every part is changed just so when these problems do come up it's easy to pin point

Hi thankyou starting and running driving lovely now the diesel timing was a little out! Just still taking two turns to start
