engine mounts

Start soaking everything around and about the mounts in WD40, Rustlosser or whatever to free things off. Getting the lock tabs undone was my main problem if I remember...oh and get some proper Bearmach or Genuine NOS rubbers the pattern ones are made from the wrong (too hard) rubber which gives a lot of vibration plus I found them to be a bit weak and managed to tear one apart....

I'm led to believe that you can use Disco1 rubbers instead which are meant to be better - I might give that a go on my LWB project if the rubbers look like they need replacing...
 
Sh1tpart ones arent too bad. Mines been running on them for years (my granddad used them for the 2.5 he put in about 10 years ago with no problems. Replaced them with other sh1tpart ones and they're fine :D
