Engine Malfunction Light!!

Hi all. I have a Freelander 1 td4 2006 Auto, only had it 2 months so still learning things. The engine malfunction light was coming on going up hills or even at speeds above 65. Read a pile of threads on here and did the following....
Replaced
Air Filter, Oil and filter, turbo filter, breather filter, fuel filter, low pressure fuel pump.
ran BG244 fuel cleaner through and cleaned the EGR with proper stuff.
Changed all intercooler pipes
Local garage did all of this. Bargain!!
Runs like a train now but still has the light coming on going up hills or speeds above...85, yes really.
Any Ideas?
