FFS why don't we do away with the search feature as well? then if anyone has a question they can post it anywhere they want and some one can find the info for them and post a link to it.

OOOOPS forgot that's how most people do it already.

do you disagree then??

OK

I agree that the common questions forum should be split into sections for each vehicle as the list does look jumbled. It would be a lot clearer if we could alphabetise threads but I am unaware of how to do it.

at the bottom left of the forum is a "sort by" box - set that to "by title" and it shud do the job. Some posts may need to have the titles changed to fit in. I suggest all useful threads in there should have the title start with the vehicle type to make that easier - such as "range rover - ecu fix"

Hi

Can someone provide any suggestions on how to start my 2001 Land Rover Discovery after the engine has immobilized. Am traveling with my family through Central America and currently in Roatan Honduras. The landy was running fine but until we tried to start it and she won't start. I took it to a good mechanic and he hasn't been able to resolve the issue besides telling that the car is showing P1673 code in the pending status and its showing the engine is running when it’s not.

I called my local dealership and all they told me was that I had to tow it to the nearest dealership in Costa Rica (not realistic). I have tried locking and unlocking the truck three times and inserted the key into the ignition but that hasn't worked. Please anyone that knows how to resolve this problem please reply back to me directly at [email protected]. I understanding the sensitive of sharing the information but I need to get my Land Rover moving.
