we rebuilt the chassi last week so fuel tank was out of her when we replaced the tank we put new filters and oil a full service .
she would not start on her own we had to two her and she started
but the pump is still making nois and whining still air in system any one know this problem ?
also we removed the egr vala and at 2,500 revs she splutters chuggs now she was doing this b4 we don any work so i cant blaim the air in fuel .
and to top it off she started leaking steering pump this morning lol

1. did you purge the system?, i mean ignition on pos. II, push the throttle 5 times then wait untill the flashing MIL lamp stops
2. replace the air bleed valve in the rear outer pipe connection of the fuel filter cap VUB503950

and to top it off this morning their was a new puddel under her it was leaking sum water out of a pipe on the passanger side rear of the engin beside the bulk head i origanaly thought it was the heater rad that was leaking so i put sum rad leak in her then i noticed the pipe dripping i was releaved to see it was not the heater rad leak pluged now so hope their is no more suprises

just wondering do all landrover disk 2 give this much bother or have i just to spend sum more money on her to get her right ??
