Well its running very rich - must be gulping fuel...
My suggestion if the readings mean nothing is to find a decent LR indy near you and get them to sort it.Most ordinary garages seem to get in a pickle with LR's.esp the Gems management system on your car.

an educated guess would be lambda probe, i have usually found most times that a really really high co such as 9% would be down to lambda and readings a little higher than it should be would lead to a cat.
of course this would be followed up with diagnostic checks after, but without looking at the vehicle and running some diagnostics it is just a guess and could lead to some rather expensive guess work!
