Went to the supermarket today, car was fine. When it came to go home again, some electrical fault has developed.

Nothing electrical works when you turn the ignition on, except for the EAS lights up, and the SRS light comes on the dash. Nothing else at all, no other dash lights, windows don't work, lights don't work, etc..

And the engine won't turn over either.

The battery is charged.. We tried a jump, and it made no difference.

when you say the battery is charged.. have you tried swapping the battery out ?

for everything electrical to die is really odd..

what with you an mik100 is there a spate of electrical problems with P38's in France right now.. Perhaps the P38 has a problem with socialist governments ?

Had it trailered to the garage, where they were sure it needed a new battery. So that went on. Car came home, and worked perfectly for 12 days.

Then about 80 miles into a journey the instruments went off. I left the engine running and on the way home they came back on again. In the morning, all was working, so I've ordered new relays as advised :D

Will update..
