electric window switch

Hi
I have a small issue with tailgate window. Window always works when I open/close tailgate door but window sometimes does not work using the window open & close switch mounted on the console.
What is involved in taking the switch out so I can swap it with an other window switch? Anyone any other thoughts?

Remove the internal portion of central cubby box and just push switch out from the inside. Get a replacement from scrappies

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I have a similar issue.

The console switch does not operate when the rear window is fully up. If I open the door so that the window drops, then I can operate the window up or down as normal.

Close the door and put the window fully up and presto the switch doesn't work anymore!

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, can you explain further what I need to do to get at the switch? There is a cluster of switches, for doors & windows on the console but I can't figure out how to the switch out to change it or loosen off the console?
