elec problem please help

:mad: hi i have a r reg disco with elec problems interior lights have a mind of there own rear wipe wont work rear fogs rear heated screen front intermitten wipe wont work courtesy light dont fade and audible sound for ing and lights left on dont work
has any one got any ideas as to whats wrong with it

Having just used the search function of this very forum (hint hint) I find that the BCU is located behind the glove box.

Be careful if you have a passenger airbag when delving in this area!
 
thanks for your reply but yes all happened on the same day and yes i did manage to find fuse box and no none of the fuses have blown all relays checked o.k. mfu put through diagnostic check as per rave cd and thats o.k. to once again thank you for your for your expert advice

with you being a senior member on this forum most normal people would think that someone with your expertize could come up with something more witty than a guick wip about where the fuse box is, oh and please give us your interpretation of binery as you understand it please as i am sure a lot of visitors to this site would love to hear it
 
holy hell rev. u a bit touchy. nifty piece o advice......everyone here will give u a bit of a poke.....jus dont take it seriously mate. advice comes at a price i guess.

well done Rev, you could have just picked up the car that day? how would we know..?

them all failing in one day is very relavent... why didnt you put that in your first post? or do you think we like the guessing game? you havent even told us what model or spec or even what engine it is??

all these bits of information help us to help you... so back off and apprecieate who is giving their time to help who...
