If you get the 4x indicator flashes, and then the sidelight indicator flashing once for each turn, then the BECM is listening for the EKA code - which says that the door latch, outstation, wiring etc is all OK.
I've sent you a message with a couple of people up your way who might be able to help out if you don't have any luck with the LZIR map.
