i image this has been done to death but as a newbie should you blank or leave alone many thanks

Hi Adrian.
I used to like keeping mine clean, I had a spare & would change it over twice a year, Autumn & Spring, also the manifold, along with a clean map sensor, those who do not like doing this will most likely blank it off, either way it is worth doing as it helps keep the manifold clean, that is if you make sure you clean it out along with the change over. I note you are only in Telford not to far from were we have our R40 & MGZT meets also a few Freelander owners have started to attend, Four Ashes A449 our last meet was Oct 14th 15th for this season.
