Well hopefully they sell some tubing at halfords I can use and I'll look at removing the cooling part too if I find something to link the two pipes. Many thanks for your help Sierrafery. I'm taking her over to France this weekend with a few people and supplies for the refugee camps so will test out the engine without he EGR then!

I used some blue gasket sealant on mine, but you don't have to, I just did because it was there on the shelf.
