Egr blanking problems

Hi all,

Well I've just had to give up fitting my blanking kit, one of the 2 bolts on the smaller end of the egr valve has rounded off

What's the best way to proceed from here??

Also with the egr removed before fitting the blank what's the best way to clean inside the inlet manifold?

hi s2td5 mine also did this the bolts rounded so rather take of the manifold (a job that can wait for now ) i cut the thin pipe off leaving about 30 mm longpipe put a slott in itso could clamp a piece of solid bar in it it has been ok for past year,as for the inlet manifold the best way is to remove it then clean the crap out of it hope this helps:confused2:
