efi - carbs

right, still on gettin this 3.5 efi to run and have decided to rid the "I" and change it to carbs,
firstly will these work?.......... Find rover v8 S.U carbs + K+N filters on eBay within, Rover, Classic Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 31-Oct-07 20:28:27 GMT)
secondly my gas runs through the air flow meter, where do i run it to when its on carbs????
will the kick down cable go to the carbs???
any bits of advice would be much appreciated.

Its a lot of work to change to carbs, and if you are going to run LPG its a pain in the a%@e when you switch from one to the other, because you have to run the carbs out of petrol before you switch on the lpg and when you want to go the other way you have to watch you dont kill the engine as the carbs fill with petrol and you still have to have the gas flowing to keep it running if you get my drift.
Why not get the efi sorted ? JMHO

trying to get rid of as mant leccy's as poss, he is gonna be changin to a 200tdi same as mine soon via an engine swap but for now he wants to go with this, its due to an on going problem with it not running.
