The diff thing is stuck in High. We have followed the manual instructions...to engage the clutch and put the gear in two, but can't shift it all. Can anyone help please?

put it in neutral and wiggel it like mad
or take it back for the 1st time

it should allways come out of hi or lo with engine off clutch and gears maybe needed to realign gears in t/box to engage either

yours is new isnt it ,will most likely have an interlock ,scrap what i said earlier

Don't push and pull the lever too hard , the end will snap off on the linkage and and the bush may well break up , belive me , you don't need that in your life . Been there done that , right pain in the arse !!
