hello everyone... just wondering if any of you mayb able to help me. i bought a van (sorry not a landy, but i do love landies,my partner is a landy owner),,basically, i saw the ad on ebay, went all the way from cornwall to sling to buy it, its engine/exhaust etc broke badly on the way home.loads of smoke, huge bangs..my mechanic said a write off...been sold a piece of rubbish : ( ... edward fear etc only gave me a part refund and i had to pay £400 to get it taken back up to them. have lost over £1000, which i really cant afford to lose...they are horrible, hanging up on me etc etc. im now taking them to the small clams court... just wondering if anyone else has..they sell landies etc too..as i want to know if they have a history of this and if their is a high win rate against them or if im just barking up the wrong tree?? many thanks in any help/advise you may have : )

The OP needs to take this to trading standards, the enforcement order must still be current
have just filed a court claim against him... fingers crossed. he is such a lying little scumbag, im a girl and i could 'ave him!! try the court route first tho ; ) x THANKS for all your replies..will let you know how it goes incase it helps others. i also filed an incident report with a very nice hugh up policewoman at coleford who is following on with intelligence as the van i bought nearly killed me and other motorway users on the journey home as it was blowing out sooo much smoke and explosions. he should be stopped before his **** vans kill people!!! thx all : )
