I found a boost wizard chip connected to my map sensor yesterday and it was wired incorrectly and think it may of damaged my ecu If I was to change my ecu id reference MSB101192 for another ecu with the same MSB number would I still have to get my discovery 2 re programmed for it to work ie off my key for the immobiliser to be effective Thanks in advance

It have to be paired with the existing BCU to learn the security code and to save injector codes in it too so deffinitely a dedicated tester is needed
