So after having had the heater a while I finally got the housing made. Design process so far entailed a vehicle measure in the space behind the rear wheel passenger side, a very basic CAD drawing, a correx sheet model to test access and fit, been messing with the heater fitting inside the box, possibly may have designed it slightly differently if I did it again, goal is to have 2 heater air outlets in the cab for faster defrost in winter and as a camper heater with a port to run a hose up to a roof tent. Some pictures for those who might be interested. The box was made by a contractor through work as a thanks for a substantial order.

Duct route part sorted to heated air inlets. Had to renew the fuel breather hose as found a split it, while at it I replaced it with a longer hose and repositioned it. Access door is a little tight so MK2 would have a bigger door. Air intake is at the rear of cargo bay, soon to have some storage fitted as part of camper, this will need a duct through the cabinet, not designed as yet.

Water tightness needs looking at, both for the box and ducts as well as cable inlets, yet to do. Found some unused stainless flue inner pipe as the standard air duct for campers will get battered under the vehicle, issue is the duct is a bit ridig so not sure yet if it will work.

Made a fuel connection pipe as the Eber version is silly money.

Bout ruddy time, yes it is, but been at the outlaws place too often this year refurbing the barn ready for sale, anyone want a nice pad in Cornwall with a few acres attached?

Internal vents fitted, on the upstand of the second row seat box opposite the front seat belt reels.
75mm Silicone hoses ordered, flue pipe just not flexible enough.
