Your previous post was in the wrong section which was probably why it didn't get any replies. It gave details on the vehicle though...
I have a 2008 freelander 2 2.2 diesel I have had no trouble till the other day my son borrowed the car and it now has the EBD light staying on I have just checked the rear pads and they are low but still prob 3/4 worn does anyone have an idea of the problem
So looks like you've replaced the pads since that earlier post.
I don't have a F2 and can't help you, however, if there is a light lit I'm sure there should be some codes stored somewhere that will tell you why. These will probably be LR specific and generic diagnostic kit may not interrogate the right module. I'd be inclined to get the codes read at a (indie) LR workshop with the relevant kit to read F2 diagnostics.
Others may have some ideas though.
There might even be someone local on here with their own kit that might be able to help.
