I was unaware that you could remap a 3.5 efi. Thought all the mods you could make were mechanical, cam, headers etc, hmmmm

Without extensive work there is not a hope in hell that is 250 bhp

Maybe 170 bhp, but without knowing its history, its probably got the usual 100 or so now like most unloved and thrashed elderly V8s, even the owner goes on about a clunk in the drive train which he said he has ignored, so what else has he ignored?
I do quite like it though.

Yes but it only happens when you exhilarate hard!!!! :D:D

there's no way it had an mot with that tyre and wheel combination fitted, wheels protrude past vehicle body work

probably gone now as it is advertised on "other websits"

think they're like a bedsit, but kind of virtual, web based.

I believe you can re-map the ECU but not to that extent.
And of course he has informed his insurer - surely :scratching_chin:

I asked a question about this, before this thread was made. I got a response and haven't had a reply since... I wonder why???

I'd really like to know how this was remapped to 250bhp, considering its a 3.5L V8, naturally aspirated and running the flapper EFI system... ?

"chipped not mapped my error"

I still don't understand how you got 250bhp from it... Has it been put on a dyno and tested? Who chipped it?

No response yet???

I'm not sure they do, look at the back wheel in the 4th picture, looks pretty flush to me. Also I thought when looking down you shouldn't be able to see any of the tread but some of the sidewall being visible was ok?
