I won a front bumper on ebay;

landrover discovery front bumper in good used condition rust spots but no dints

The next thing i get is this;

I HAVE JUST NOTICED ORIGINAL LISTING TEXT AS THIS WAS NOT DONE BY ME THE END CAPS SHOULD NOT OF BEEN MENTIONED AS THEY ARE IN SUCH GOOD CONDITION THEY WILL BE LISTED SEPARATELY

I say;

Hi mate i would like to collect it were a bouts are you ?

He replies;

I am in gateshead but price regardless of collection is 27.50 as we didn't offer collection on this item

I've just looked and it says collection on the listing but I wasn't sure what I was doing when it was listed or I would not of offered that option sorry

Open a dispute against him simple, that will block his account and he will not be able to sell jack until settled, to many nobs on eBay lately

No collection offered on the bumper but "collection only" for the door. Wonder if the bumper had a problem he didn't want you to see?

where are you i have a front bumper if its for a disco 1

i'd be inclined to say, ok I'll pay full price, but you ship it then.

whether it ever arrives and you have to open a dispute then is a separate issue...

I would open up a case against the seller
Or simply forget it and move on, as he is not the first and it's safe to say he will not be the last.

If I change the BiN price to 180 then we could negotiate to 160? That way you get money off and I get what I think it's worth

She sends an offer of 159.99, which really did make me laugh so I accepted it.

Then she complained that I had put it down as being sent by my Hermes when the listing stated Royal Mail and made me change it.

Then I got an email today after I had posted it asking how old it was?!

I think I might have more issues with her yet!

I would have raised a dispute over this! Appalling grammar and complete lack of punctuation aside; You can't sell an item and then remove fundamental components after the auction, simply because you think you will get more by money listing them separately!
