easunlock height screen

hiya lads,been playing today with my wonky tilting rangie,i,ve taken the right steps to making adjustments using the calibrate page via the eas software,problem is nothing changes?the only way i can alter the height is by the height page.should i be using this page?if ok can someone please give me some very basic easy to use steps to altering my heights and storing them.at the moment the rear left is sitting that high if you hit a bump in the road the back end makes a proper bang like its at its maximum travel.cheers

I haven't used it for a while but I thought it was the heights page, you "get Heights" adjust the number , the write them back.

cheers data,i thought all adjustments were to be made via the calibrate page but like i said no changes are making any differance.the only way i can change any heights is by using the"height"page but i,m not sure i,m supposed to be using it.?

There's one tab where you can read the settings for all height modes. Bellow those boxes, you can set new values and then push "Write" to have them set.
IIRC, the "Heights" tab is only to read current values and to do small adjustements. Unfortunattely, after adjusting the heights, whenever you press "Get heights" it returns to the configured values before actually reading the new values :doh:

Just opened up the RSW software, on the calibrate tab, you can "Get" all the heights on one page, then you can put your own figures into the write boxes below and write them back. On the Heights tab you can again "get" sensor heights and just tweak them up or down. The Calibrate function is better as you can adjust the settings for all the different heights at the same time if you are brave.

cheers lads,for some reason on the calibrate tab i can,t make adjustments?if i were to make adjustments from the "heights"tab how do i go about storing these figures once the car is level.i set the standard height earlier on,got all corners within 5mm,unplugged the cable and the foooooker sank to its bump stops.what a motherfunky.

Have a look at the help files on the RSW site. On the Heights page you can adjust the corners up and down but not write that data back, once you have the car level, write the figures on a piece of paper,then go to the calibrate page, get the heights, put the figures you wrote down in the appropriate boxes for the height you were adjusting in the Write section and write back. You need to do this for each level, i.e. normal, raised and access.
That at least is what I did and it worked

just to update lads,it seems some fookers done a bodge job with the connections on the rl sensor.its not the standard connector,just some spade end crimped connectors.could just be corrosion thats giving me dodgy readings.thanks to all that helped(especially with the software data).cheers

The height sensors are just potentiometers. So if the connection is bad it will certainly affect the reading

loverly jubbly,hopefully with some fresh connections all will be well,if not its a new sensor job.cheers
