Update, now in the Poo!!!
So to summarise.
Suspension has always worked in all heights quickley and well. (Up to yesterday!! lol!)
However, I noticed the front front kept dipping slightly. Hawkeye, said a RHF sensor fault.
So, I removed the RHF sensor and cleaned it, and did a test on an avo meter. The needle did drop off rather suddenly as I moved the sensor arm through its normal movement. I tested the movement where the arm does not usually move, and the needle movement was good on the avo.
I decided, as advised, to swop with the LHF sensor.
I checked the LHF sensor, this arm moved freely, and the avo showed a smooth needle movement as I moved the sensor arm. (Right though 180 in fact)
All good so far.....
I swop the arms over. All went well, no stuck bolts/nuts etc.
Problem:
Car won't rise correctly.....
"RHS Sensor fault" has now gone from Hawkeye, but a new fault keeps popping up....."Car Has Moved"!!!
Occasionally the car will lift a bit, but as soon as I enter the "exit" mode (lowest), the car bumps back to base height.
I have cleared the faults several times but the "Car Has Moved" fault comes back.
When I switch off and start the engine, instead of rising to the usual "-" mode when I move, the car actually tries to rise to "wading", the highest, which is weird!!!
I don't understand, what is wrong, I only swopped the sensors over, which seems to be a good thing to do!!!!
Help!!!
Rachel :wtf:
