OK so there's quite a bit of pressure coming out. What's the next step re valve seal replacements? Take the valve block off and replace the seals? I have a spare valve block so shall I just swap them?
When is the pressure coming out, when compressor is running?

If you are confident your spare is serviceable change them and see what you get. Or do the spare up and fit that

Lazy I know but I don't suppose that valve could be replaced without removing anything? Ie swap the valve over from the other unit? If not how much is a o ring kit?

You can get a whole box of assorted black nitrile o-rings on the Bay or talk to Kurt Johnson on here. There are kits on the bay too but you need the black nitrile ones, not the red ones.

You will have to look around, it depends what you need you may just need o'rings or a diaphragm valve as well. Last set of Nitrile O'rings i got was about £7.50 but lots have jumped on the band wagon and charge really daft money just for o'rings. If you have never done a valve block before do valves one at a time so as not to mix things up. Or follow the guide attachment in my how to. Mark all the coils up so you know where they go, it is important they go back in the place they came from.

Strangest thing... I work in a local pub in the kitchen, parked the rr up at just before 6pm and went back to it at around 9 and started up, the suspension was up and ready to go... Normally its down within 20 minutes! What's up with that?

If there's a leak from a bag it might depend how the bad is folded over when you park as to speed of leak. Or pipes in valve block have settled. Did you remove the emergency inflation kit? That might stop a leak.
