Hi all - I've tried all I can but seem to keep getting this fault!

I've replaced the valve block (not the ecu though), seviced the pump, replaced the pump sensor - what else could it be?

I'm trying to source a valve block ecu to rule that out in the interim.
 
yep - accordingly to my mechanic's computer, and then the rear of the vehicle stays high in the fault mode.
 
Apparently 'Eightinavee' on here has cured this fault code by changing driver pack. Don't think he knows why it cures it, and neither do i. Considering the driver pack has no connection to, and does not control the compressor or pressure switch at all. The thing the driver pack does is open and close the solenoid valves to inflate or deflate the airbags. It also closes the diaphragm solenoid valve when compressor is running to close exhaust port, and allow air into tank. Then opens it when compressor stops to exhaust pressure from inlet/exhaust gallery to allow air to be exhausted from bags. But it does not run the compressor, nor is the pressure switch link through it. So it's a bit of an enigma.

I had the same prob and changing the driver pack sorted it.
I dug the sealant off the driver pack board and all the soldering and components were green with corrosion....the sealant feels like a silicon type stuff and it pulls away from the wiring allowing water in.

In that case it can only be some sort of feed back from the duff connections in the driver pack causing the ECU to have a fit.

You have a comms problem or the ECU has had a fit. Clear and read again, if all that is still present the EASunlock is not talking to the ECU properly. You cannot have same valve stuck open and closed at same time.

wammers - my mechanic says the pressure is too high - shall I ask him to check the driver connections - perhaps clean them? my EASunlock cannot clear the faults whereas my mechanic's computer can although the fault has retuned after circa 5-7 resets and eliminating other parts etc.

The pressure cannot be too high, there is a mechanical safety valve that will release excess pressure. Clean the driver pack connector by all means but the odds are on it being the driver pack itself is faulty.

The pressure will not be too high. The faullt is "Pressure signal constantly high" that is not the same as pressure too high. It means the pressure switch is never showing a fall in pressure. So the ECU registers it as a fault. Why the driver pack causes this is not clear, as it is not connected to the pressure switch or compressor circuit directly. It does not run them. However maybe a duff circuit feeding back to the ECU does seem to cause the ECU to throw this fault. I do not know why, but it does seem to be possible. The driver pack circuitry is not shown anywhere. Datatek was stripping one some time ago to try to see if they were servicable, but i do not know how far he got with it. He would maybe be the man to find out why this occurs, he is an electronics man i am not. Your EASunlock can't clear the faults because it is not connecting properly. Download the instructions and read them.

is there an how to guide so i can sort my driver pack out because mine is doing the pressure signal fault ??
