putting my 4.6 hse back on air,4new air bags ,2 new ride height sensors, recon compressor replaced / repaired air lines. Using rsw solutions software to recalibrate and got car to go to all the different ride height settings and stored said settings with no faults showing but when I take it off the laptop it doesn't work on the buttons and after about an hour or so after leaving it on max height the back drops to low setting not bump stops and front stays on max ,what am I missing or doing wrong ? Cant find any air leaks on rear and shoudnt it drop all 4 corners if there is a leak? Starting to do my head in now !! any advice would be most welcome

yes still had it plugged in ,will try it again and unplug it first .do I have to lock /unlock eas ? also noticed my temp gauge has stopped working .I hate electrics !!

boink! There you go, it thought it was still plugged!! I did it the other day. I got traction failure warning and th 35 limit.. Unplugged and all was well.
you shouldn't have to unlock it unless you locked it, did you?
as for your temp gauge look at the engine, if the sensors on the block for anything unusual like cables unplugged when you should have left them plugged!!:p

frustrating isn't the word. Doing the same coils to air. Just dreading the moment when I fire it up for the first time and see connect 4 on the dashboard. Luckily I have a LR independent that will recalibrate everything for me for £70.

we all know how complicated these monsters are before we buy them, then maybe not..
I didn't!! But im not going to let it beat me.. Temperament these things are.. Im fcuked off with mine at the moment.. Barstool suspension.. Diaphragm leaks, piston seal again, saggy roof liner, worn gearbox, clunky axles, expensive tyres.. List never ends. Bullocks, It's mine and i think its brilliant.. Keep going. Dont sell it!!

Can you not get a lead off Datatek for £20 and then use the free EAS unlock software with the block sizes in the Technical Section?

:D:mad: love mine to bits but at times could easily give it the last rights and put a light to it and collect the five grand insurance money. Was over the moon with it u till I found landyzone and found out that the world hates coils :D

Only on 38's. As a method of birth control they're ok.Mind you if you have a 38 on coils nobody will speak to you so you won't get your legover, same result.;):D:D

at least you dont have to wait for the suspension pump to give you some air in the bloody morning!!! especially if your flipping late for getting kids to meet the school bus!!! bump stops away!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have to wait for the compressor to build air and lift the car. You have problems with the system. Fix it. I never have to do that even if the car is left for days on end without use.

Careful, it sometimes throws a hard fault doing that as EntropyUK discovered recently.
