Hello all, been a while since I have been here, still breathing though! I hope you are all doing ok.

I remember reading many moons ago a good step by step on recalibrating the suspension using calibration blocks (I have a set) but despite searching I cannot find the little beggar. Does anyone have a quick link to it?
Cheers

I can't help, I use a measuring stick, quicker and easier.

Isn't it in the Technical archive in a post by Wammers RIP Tony.:(

We made some blocks up as per Wammers post, put on high ride height put the relevant blocks in, press to lower to access, photograph Nanocom reading and then set back to high. Average the heights across each axle and then program those heights in and then do the same with the next set of blocks.

least of my problems at the mo, but does it matter if the set heights arent exact?
ie. why can't you set some values, take measurements then adjust if necessary?

That’s what I have been doing with the saggy right hand rear, I am now 12 bits different from the LH but am now only 2 1/4 away from level. Moving 12 bits gave me 1 1/2. I have been speaking with Keith and he had warned me that the old girl may throw a hissy fit if I go more. I have ordered a new sensor from island but I did test the one on it and it passed muster. I guess I will soon find out!

yes about the hissy fit, i thought you have to be within 2 bits on either side but cant find that reference now
