Hi guys
HELP
I have just renewed the EAS block o rings.
All seem to go well. Air pipes all located. No apparent air leaks but
After 8-9 mins the rear end goes up to FULL Wade height but the front just sits there on its bump stops.
The switch in the cab flashes as if it’s trying to pressurise but still there. left it running a further 10 mins but nothing.
Any advice before I pull it apart again.
Thanks

just an update. So the car is stuck with the rear end fully up and the front on its bump stops. If i instruct it to go to full height, the compressor kicks in but the front doesnt move. if i instruct it to go to normal drive height or access height the compressor stops but the rear stays jacked up in the air.

ok just checked the wires leading from the valve covers against an EAS block schematic and all the top ones are leading to the correct position on the plug. Ill have to take the unit out again to check the lower valvaes which are for rear righjt and front left springs

Have you got the EAS Unlock suite and cable? Are the valves opening? No leak at the front?
No I havent got the unlock suite. Does it plug into the OBD2 port? if so mine has no power to the OBD2. No apparent leaks on the front.
I dont get any EAS warning lights on the dash at all though

From memory pins 4&5 are grounds and pin 16 is the positive on the port think its a brown wire check the block connectors at the base of the A post, behind the kick panels both sides.they usually corrode and are best cut out and the wires soldered and heatshrunk.

Yes. If the pollen filters have leaked it can get corroded. Some electrical contact cleaner and a toothbrush or some mouse files will clean off any green corrosion. There's a fuse for the ODB port too but I cannot remember which one. Fuse 2?
