Hello! I am new here but you can help me.

My P38a 4.6 HSE flashed up 'EAS FAULT' and the lights above the control started to flash then all remaid on. Suspension seams to have pupmped up to highest setting and stays there. (no change if controls operrated)
I got home and left it a few hours and she is still pumped right up and has 'EAS FAULT' flashing up.
I removed the maxi fuse to see if this would reset the system but no joy.
Any ideas?

You need to get the fault read and reset at a dealer/indie, if left it will go to a 'hard' fault and dump you onto the bump stops with a max 30mph warning.
Sorry I can't be more help but the eas is a complex system and the fault could be any number of places.

Yes will do.

Unlikely to be a leak if the height is being maintained, usual other suspects are,,,,,,,
Ride height sensor,(faulty or out of range)
Fault with the compressor, (seal and or liner or just plain worn out)
ECU related, (possible timer relay)

I had problems with mine, it would go into fault mode quite often and the compressor was very hot and seemed to be running more than it should, work I carried out below,,,,,,,,,,,
New piston and liner assy for the compressor, (didn't cure it)
Recalibrated ride height, (didn't cure it)
New air springs all round, (didn't cure it)
New compressor, fingers crossed it's been fine for the last month or so.

Thank you all for your help!:)

I did notice that the compressor felt very hot when I took the cover off for a look. Thinking about it does seam to take a long time to pump up if she been standing a few days. I think I will resaelthe compressor any way and get the system reset.
