hi all,

In January the eas had a problem and I services the valve block and the compressor for what was a worn air Spring. Well today it has dropped I looked at the compressor and it was scorching! I had to replace an O ring as it had melted. I've hooked it up to a diagnostic and it's telling me the pressure signal is low and the valves are stuck open and closed. I'm hoping this doesn't mean that I have to service the valve block again.

I've had a look through the technical archive at the diagnostics but the compressor is fine and it's already on the bump stops.

A little help with finding the problem?

If the compressor is making good air and you have no bag leaks look at the diaphragm valve.
