Put a set of wheel spacers on a customers car for him and within days they had destroyed themselves. And 3 of his wheels.
He bought the cheaper ones from JLEnginerring on eBay

We retorqued them for him. And we also before fitting put them in our press to make sure all studs are well seated.

Yet after a few days the wheel nuts all came loose. And a lot of the studs were spinning in the spacer. Meaning they would not tighten. Or loosen. Had to drill some of the wheel nuts to get the wheels off!!!

The seller wasn't interested. We must have fit them worng. Was the only response.

Here are a few pics. You can see the bad spacers next to some good ones. ( wich the seller after 3 months sent out new nuts for because he believed his wernt up to the job! Top bloke)

Notice the amounts of metal left. Or not left to mount the studs into.

You get what you pay for... Be wary or cheap spacers.

JLEnginerring have duly been black listed. You can't go cheap on such an item, it boggles the mind why anyone would want to do potential further damage, as wheel spacers will cause extra wear on you wheel bearings regardless!

And just because I no somone will point it out. The flange bolts cleared the wheel just fine. Both bolts and wheel were adjusted to clear.
