I have tried loosening the bolts that hold the duel mass flywheel on my td5 Defender with no luck soaked them with WD40 ect but still wont move any help please

They will be v tight, use a six sided socket so you don't round the bolts and a breaker bar and give them a good heave (righty tighty, lefty loosey). Ps its Dual (for two) not Duel (generally a sword fight):D

Flintlock pistols were popular!
+1 on the breaker bar. That's the way to go, unless you have air tool.
Is the engine in the Landy? Mine was out and on the drive. It was sat on two large wooden blocks along the sump to block bolts. The engine must weigh 250kg ish and I was rotating the engine, via each bolt, with the breaker bar. I had to get a very large son to add his weight in order to loosen each bolt. As Kwakerman said, they are V tight.
