DSE turbo boost adjustment

Hi guys,
Just installed a rebuilt turbo on my DSE. Turns out it was not adjusted properly and i hardly get any boost. Has anyone adjusted the turbo boost with the turbo in place on the car? Can the waste gate actuator be accessed from underneath the car? Is there enough space for adjusting?

yer you can do it, its awquard but doable. when i owned a p38 i fitted a manual boost controller, that way you can adjust the boost if needed when ever you like easy. boost controllers eliminate wastgate creep to, so best of both worlds really.
