Hi all
I'm new to the site so bare with me.
I have a 2008 F/L2 and over the past couple of day the DSC warning light has started to flash. Turn the engine off / on again the light goes out, go to work / shops start again warning light flashes again. Also service milage indicator says service was due 650 miles ago but had service at 30000 miles back in October (have done nearly 2000 miles since service) Any feedback would be great.

Cheers

:D Welcome -

please go to the 'intro section' , fill in a post  and get that out of the way -

then pop over to the 'Freelander section' and you MAY get some sensible answers -

thanks for the idiotic replies. I thought i was coming proper forum and able to get proper advise, thought wrong. Will try another site hopefully some one there is adult enough to help :mad2:
thanks for nothing

Doubt you'll even get much help in the Gaylander section with an attitude like that, and they is REALLY helpful and polite:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

scuse me....... I'm really helpful and polite ........... admittedly I'm not helpful about anything to do with Landies and I have been known to say the odd rude word but I think I still qualify and I hardly ever venture out of AG :D

you ****er. the answer to both of these questions is actually on this forum if you'd bothered to search, as well as another forum dedicated to the freelander 2.

furthermore, if you'd bothered to introduce yourself and not been such a bell end, I'd have searched and posted the links to another forum.

prick.

wots goin on ere then???:p

Ah, another noob that expects us to jump when he says so and do all the work for him.

And you lot were so mean about it too. :D

See ya then, whatever will we do without you.

Hi everyone. Just seen this thread and was wondering if anyone has some advice. My 64 plate 90 seemed to jump out of gear yesterday at low speed. I stopped, re-elected, and drove off but once over about 10 mph the DSC light came on. It’s under warranty, but thought a little knowledge before I talk to the main dealer might stand me in good stead. It’s now getting hard to select first gear and reverse and am thinking the issues may be linked. Any ideas?
