P38A Drop plate/NATO hitch ideas?

Does anyone sell a drop plate attachment that fits the stock p38 swan neck towing socket? Or is it easy to adapt a 2” receiver hitch to suit?

On coils mine sits a bit high for some trailers. I’d also like to tow my Sankey too.

That's what I want, a swan neck with a plate on the end instead of the ball that I can add a drop plate and standard ball to to suit my trailer.
Might end up getting the ball cut off and a plate welded on in its place.

I've seen one on a P38 but no idea if it was off the shelf or custom. I guess it is possible Witter do something that fits although I have found them less than helpful in the past.
