Hi everyone! I'm Now the proud owner of a Discovery 300TDI, and having been a landy owner in the past, I know I will need the moral support, wealth of knowledge and particularly the sense of humour that seems to be the mainstay of a forum like this!
Having had my Disco less than 24 hours I have already had to call on the expertise of this forum twice! She even gently lowered me onto the seat bars this morning as the seat sling ever so slowly (and determinedly) split into two. Looks like you may be seeing a lot of me! :p

That's caused by wee rotting the rubber, sniff the seat to confirm.
There's lots of desperate and pervy men on here (including me) so no sexual innuendos please and no crying.
Welcome!

Eww! :( I'll try not to cry...so far I keep laughing as I'm being constantly surprised.
Driving home earlier, whilst sat on what feels for all the world like a couple of narrow planks, (having already had to sit in the car park for 20 minutes before the immobiliser decided to let me start the engine) I wondered quite what I had managed to get myself in to! Then getting home I realised that the internal light has now decided not to turn off once the doors are closed, and now needs 'caressing' into the 'off' position in order to turn it off! I Tried telling her that being constantly turned on would be really draining....but as with every 'characterful' act so far she chose to ignore me.
I wonder what delights 'Diva' Disco has in store for me tomorrow!
:)

Now come on I think we both now that you need to change your avatar picture.......

More into trials, but a good club and lots of helpful people.

Thanks Littelwill!
And thanks for that Marmaduke! It certainly didn't help me feel the lightest of weights when the seat gave way! Started the morning with a definite sinking feeling :p
