DPF Removal and EGR Removal

Hi Guys been a while since ive been on but... Ive been having both DPF filter and EGR Valve problems, Ive spoken with two dealers one in Bury St Edmunds and one in Cambridge now ive been recommended by landrover Cambridge to use GAD Tuning LTD (based in Cambridge). As they can removal the physical DPF filter and remap the ecu to not see the DPF.

Benefits that I can see:

- Better MPGS
- Less turbo strain
- More power
- Half the cost of another DPF filter that may block again
- The remap is warranted and landrover use them

Now I cant see any down sides but there must be ??
