DoubleCab Soundproofing

Hi Guys...

Working on my doublecab td5 - looking to completely replace the interior. It's already a county but looking at adding extra soundproofing under the new carpets. Has anyone had experience with this?

I have come across a kit for just my truck on noisekiller.co.uk - is this the way ahead?

Also - looking for carpets I have found loads of front sets but trying to find rear carpets for a double cab is a nightmare... has anyone has any luck with this or do I need to source generic auto carpet?

Do a search, there is a lot of info on here. Best and cheapest is often to buy a waterproof soundproof material and cut to size yourself. Carpet is obviously not great if you a planning on going wading at all and can be harder to clean..
